Bio: My early football career was kick-started by the fact that Bobby Moore’s first wife Tina lived at the back of my house in Ilford ensuring many memorable moments. I played as striker for local teams in Ilford & Barking plus Gearies School at nearby Newbury Park. Then selected to represent Redbridge District Schools based at Cricklefield Stadium where Ilford FC currently play. Following this I was invited to train with the West Ham youth squad which involved mostly intensive 7 a-side games which helped to sharpen my finishing. Later, I returned to play for Leigh Ramblers in 1979 but the following year I left the UK to live in the USA. In 2018 I discovered walking football and played one season for Southend Blacks before transferring to Wakering in May 2019 which has enabled me to achieve selection into the Essex representative side for the over 60's.
